Change Agents were formerly Student Force for Sustainability. As part of their overall re-branding exercise, Change Agents wanted a new website which better communicated their strengths in environmental recruitment and projects.

Before embarking on building the new site for Change Agents, we looked at the whole user experience of the site, restructured the content and then focused on key user journeys to plan the website. Part of our brief was to explain the Change Agents proposition and encourage people to get involved. The website has two main target audiences – graduates and employers – and Change Agents exists to bring these two parties together in a mutually beneficial relationship.

The new site links into the back office CRM system, and Change Agents can now update the site themselves, with the user-friendly content management system.
