We were approached by the national body for fisheries management in the UK as they wanted to work with a company experienced in developing web systems for membership bodies. Specifically, the IFM required a new web-based system incorporating CRM (membership management), events management and integrated e-commerce.

We worked closely with the IFM to identify and understand their members' requirements, resulting in an easy-to-use system which which promotes the work of the Institute, and encourages engagement, whilst allowing for greater efficiency and effectiveness in membership management.

We developed a custom solution for the Institute of Fisheries Management using CiviCRM and Drupal 7 – state-of-the-art Open Source software. CiviCRM is an excellent choice for the Institute as it gives a central system for business intelligence, management, events, finances and communication.

The Institute's members are now able to apply and pay for membership online, book events, purchase products, post job vacancies and register their ongoing professional development (CPD) – all integrated and managed in the membership database.
